The Board of Directors of Union Steel Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Sie Lay Yung has been appointed as Group Financial Controller of the Company with effect from 17 May 2010 in place of Ms Catherine Chang, who will be resigning on 18 June 2010.
The detailed template announcement, pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual, containing the particulars of Ms Sie Lay Yung will be released separately to the SGX-ST.
