The Board of Directors of Union Steel Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Chan Kok Poh as the Remuneration Committee member in place of Mr Ang Yu Seng who resigned as Remuneration Committee member of the Company with immediate effect.
The Remuneration Committee would now comprise the following members:
Chang Yeh Hong (Chairman)
Chan Kok Poh
Siau Kai Bing
