The Board of Directors of Union Steel Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announe that Ms Catherine Lim Soo Mooi has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 2 July 2007 in place of Mr Daniel Goh Seng Huat.
The detailed template announcement, pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual, containing the particulars of Ms Catherine Lim Soo Mooi will be released separately to the SGX-ST.
