The Board of Directors of Union Steel Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Catherine Chang has been appointed as Group Financial Controller of the Company with effect from 16 April 2008 in place of Mr Low Cze Soo, Chief Financial Officer, who will be resigning on 31 May 2008.
The detailed template announcement, pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual, containing the particulars of Ms Catherine Chang will be released separately to the SGX-ST.
