The Board of Directors of Union Steel Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Daniel Goh Seng Huat has been appointed as the new Financial Controller of the Company with effect from 1 February 2007 in place of Mr Jonathan Lim Chen Wei who will be resigning on 28 February 2007.
The detailed template announcement, pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual, containing the particulars of Mr Daniel Goh Seng Huat will be released separately to the SGX-ST.
