Cessation Of Executive Director

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Union Steel Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the retirement of Mr Ang Yew Lai as an Executive Director and member of the Board of the Company with effect from 13 June 2011.

The Board wishes to put on record, the Company's appreciation to him for all his past services to the Company and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.

All current duties and responsibilities carried out by Mr Ang Yew Lai henceforth will be carried out by the Management and will be overseen by the Chief Executive Officer.
