In view of Mr Ang Jun Long's ("Mr Ang") expanded responsibilities as Executive Director of Eneco Energy Limited, an associated company of the Company and the Group, Mr Ang will cease his role as Director, Engineering Division of the Group to focus on his enlarged executive commitments.

Mr Ang will continue to serve in a non-executive role and as Non-Executive Director of the Company's Engineering Division and subsidiaries as set out below:
