Madam Te Lay Hoon's deemed interest in Union Steel Holdings Limited (the "Company") comprises of 20,000,000 and 10,000,000 shares in the name of Super Coffeemix Manufacturing Limited ("Super Coffeemix") and Mr Teo Kee Bock respectively.

Madam Te Lay Hoon is not deemed to be interested in the 20,000,000 shares held by Super Coffeemix as she holds not more than 20% voting shares in Super Coffeemix.

Consequent to the cessation of Mr Teo Kee Bock as a direct substantial shareholder of the Company, Madam Te Lay Hoon also ceased to be a deemed substantial shareholder of the Company.
