Resignation Of Chief Financial Officer And Appointment Of Group Financial Controller

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Union Steel Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Leung Kai Yin as Chief Financial Officer and appointment of Mr Teh Hock Soon as Group Financial Controller with effect from 12 April 2012.

All current duties and responsibilities carried out by Mr Leung Kai Yin henceforth will be carried out by Mr Teh Hock Soon, who will be appointed as Group Financial Controller.

The detailed template announcement, pursuant to Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual, containing the particulars of Mr Teh Hock Soon will be released separately to SGX-ST.
