Our Company was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act on 12 August 2004 as a private limited company under the name of Union Steel Holdings Pte. Ltd. On 29 June 2005, we converted to a public limited company and changed our name to Union Steel Holdings Limited.

Union Steel Holdings Limited was established as the listing vehicle and holding company for our Group's businesses.
